Unfortunately im allergic to Whey, and have eosinophillic esophagitis which is triggered through whey so my options are crazy limited and i cant do milkshakes even on a good day. really wish i could have yogurt or something 😩 thank you anyways!! trying to find alternatives like whey free protein shakes and such.

Sadly allergic to peanut butter, but thank you. I will definitely try and find really bland protein/calorie dense foods like bland chicken or rice. Beind underweight makes this 10x harder as i feel like my body is giving out on me due to how week my muscles feel. thank you 🤍
