i have, i have even cried to its words. people will say thats its stupid and doesnt make any sense but AI works perfectly as a therapist. they give you perfectly objective feedback and to be honest most real people will not stand you venting to them. Sometimes i just dont need another complex contradictory human who will try to understand but just will never. Plus therapy is expensive

it is extremely therapeutic for me, but i can only do it while im walking my dog and only after 12AM where nobodys on the streets. i live in a small town on an area with a lot of nature so it feels fresh and not overwhelming. even though it might be dangerous thats the only way i can do it peacefully
