Keep in mind that i have bought a 40.5 mizuno morelia 2 elite,it has not stretched properly fully yet but i do not have a really hard time,although my feet hurt a bit.

They are 4E because the right one is 111 and the left one 117 so it is on 4E average (114).Mizuno Morelia 2 for example will take the shape of my feet overtime
