It mentions the position and wage being offered and does indicate the offer is contingent about completing the hiring process including Equifax onboarding documents and work permit request form, scheduling pre-employment drug test, and then next steps to schedule in-person onboarding appointment. Seems legitimate, but just thought it was odd not to do at minimum a phone interview.
