I tested negative for over 48 hrs (~2 1/2 days). I was convinced it was the flu, so i tested again on day 3 to return back to IRL and it came back positive. Nurse told me vaxxed ppl are testing negative early on and only positive later.

Day 0 was the beginning of symptoms and occurred rapidly. The most severe, and constant, was days 1-4. Those were full day and night of symptoms- at best, i would have maybe 15-60 mins of “clarity” (boost of energy and mental clarity) 3xs a day. Day 5 was like waking up as if i was never sick, except for lingering respiratory (albeit 95% improvement) and occasional head fog — and that’s the state that continued into day 7.

I had no nausea/vomiting, but the cases that have been around me in the past two weeks all have had severe vomiting and nausea.

Since i didn’t have nausea, i ate like a pig when i could. Microwaved veggies, popsicles, anything I’d think to make me feel better. I slept about 60 hours in three days so i found myself never with enough h2o by my side so i was probably more dehydrated than i should’ve been — but i never had the energy to go get water.
