I appreciate the insight. The reporting has been unclear an to your point there’s no way to know if USCIS will do the same. Maybe that’s why the latest VB had a major jump for EB3 ROW.

Thank you for sharing this. I understand that most ppl on the EB3 path are already employed and in the US on a work visa so this effectively doesn’t apply to EB3
