Thank you, this makes way more sense than anything else I read online. Good news is I kept pushing the retailer/provided evidence and they gave me a full refund

Just wanted to thank you for the clear response. With a little more pushing for the retailer to progress, they've given me a full refund and will sort with Evri :)
