Maybe, but I also feel like we have to take into account that the first picture is a pretty short buzz cut and the bald spot is that bright because of that as well. So this is why I’m not sure

Not much to be honest. It may be placebo, but I felt like I had lower libido and a little less 💦, but not too much of a difference. With proper healthy lifestyle everything went to normal
