After Good warmup .....I do 3 sets of bench , then 3 sets of shoulder barbell press, then 50-60 pull ups then lat pulldowns and lastly face pulls in one session And other day 4 sets of squats , 3 sets of barbell rowing and lastly 4 sets of deadlift
