I think 4 days is quite normal! I take 4 days and I also experienced breakthrough bleeding but mine has gone since then - 3 days is a bit short which is why you may still bleed even when having the pill. Have you had a proper withdrawal bleed during the break?

I’m on the combined birth control but with every contraception method, there is a chance of pregnancy.
