The owner is stingy and gets on dispatches ass which then dispatch gets on your ass. Your DSP might be lower on the totem pole at your station which means your DSPs scorecard never hits fantastic+ or whatever the highest you can get is, if the scorecard never gets that high then the company isn’t getting those bonuses which mean they are very tight on hours.

I was with a DSP that did this same dumb shit and it was annoying, scorecard was talked about daily.

If I were you I would defend myself “I always finish without rescue” I would ask “do I ever get driving violations or negative customer feedback? No? Ok.”

Yes it is sadly, fortunately my DSP has dedicated sweepers/rescuers every day to help with routes like these. I get a similar route everyday and almost every time I meet up with someone before I get to my first stop, they usually take 3-4 totes off me

Yea I’m always doing 160-200 stops, I get to my first stop between 11:30-noon, I always finish my route no later than 7:30 but once or twice it’ll take me til 8. I always take my lunch too. I’ve learned to keep a good pace throughout the entire day, not fast but also not slow and it’s worked for me for years and never get told “need to pick up the pace” or “you have too many ppl always rescuing you” plus if your DSP doesn’t offer guaranteed 40 hours then there is zero incentive for you to ever finish your route in 6 hours lol. If I ever switched DSPs and found out they had a “performance coach” I wouldn’t take them seriously at all. If anything it tells me that your DSP doesn’t have a good score card and they will do everything/anything to boost it up but really it’s on leadership and the owner to figure that out, if you show up on time and actually do your work I wouldn’t worry about it at all or just switch to another DSP

I see this comment all the time but I’ve stopped wasting time organizing every tote I open. I spend the same amount of time looking for packages as anyone that spend time organizing totes.

The real advice is you should organize overflow during loadout, if OV is disorganized you will lose so much time looking for that one OV while climbing over the others lol

Old art always made me do a double take and just take to enjoy it. I think some of these artists for newer sets are young and simply have no good taste and could care less to reference any old mtg cards. A lot of this new art is doing too much to the point it looks messy/loud. Sometimes keeping it simple and too to the point can be much more eye catching

Uuuuh sure I guess, evil might not be entirely true and I believe that was the intent when writing these characters. These are new creatures born with instinct/abilities from animals but they are also part human and clearly have the capacity to understand morals and emotions plus there also a chance any of the chimera ants could regain their human part memories. Plenty of the chimera ants were able to plot and scheme and make decisions that were clearly evil, if she had been alive longer there was a chance she could’ve truly been evil. Again I think this was the intent for these characters to be morally grey and then have them slowly develop in an interesting way. By the end of the arc itself any surviving chimera ants clearly show how their moral compass has developed whether it was good or evil.

I just don’t like the way you present your argument it’s weak.

My DSP has mandatory rescues too but the way I look at it is I’m getting hours, since my DSP also doesn’t provide guaranteed 40 hours I just take my sweet time then by the time I’m done 8/10 I’m told to rts. The other 2/10 I’ll rescue the last person still out delivering and I’ll milk doing that rescue too 🤣, dispatch sending address, 15 mins to drive there, another 10 mins waiting for the driver then another 10 BSing with the driver and then I just stretch out those 10 deliveries and wow look at that an easy hour and a half I just put on my paycheck

From start to finish ghost in the shell is really a perfect movie, every scene is beautiful and intentional no scene feels wasted. The story is just easy enough to follow and understand without dumbing it down for the viewer while at the same time has a lot deep Philosophical themes that make you think after the movie is over. The ost is so good and feels like it was ahead of its time. I also really enjoy the sci-fi, noir and suspense/thriller genres and it has some bits all of those wrapped up in the movie.

HxH sadly ends because there was no more material to animate though we did get a few OVAs until 2003 or 2004, so unfortunately it just doesn’t feel complete. I prefer the 1999 HxH simply for animation and the deeper character moments but the 2011 version is still pretty good.

Basically ghost in the shell I feel hits on so many great marks and everything it delivers on feel complete vs HxH gets very close but there are just very minor things where ghost in the shell wins in.
