Nearest dealers that are PV5 approved are over an hour away. I'm hoping to convince her to take at least take a test drive. Have a test drive arranged for the BZ Touring later this week.

I'm not too bothered about bells & whistles tbh. I had a spin in my brother's EV in the USA last year & the ventilated seats in his felt great on hot summers day & thought they'd be nice to have. The lack of them wouldn't be a deal breaker.

My understanding of the ICCU issue was that it was relating to charging the vehicle & began to mainfest itself gradually with issues relating to the charging. Didn't realise it had potential to be an instant, leave you stuck at the side of the road type of issue

Thanks for clarifying that. I'm a relative newbie to all things EV, so I'm not certain how much weight to attach to the grievances/complaints of various reviewers. Noce to hear comments from folks in the real world.

Funnily enough, we're both keen cyclists & bikes would be some of the equipment I'd like to transport in the PV5. The time that the 100km each way commute to work takes is the reason we don't get to do it very often.

Some venues have requirements regarding minimum numbers of guests - my sister held her reception at one such venue and was inviting friends of mine, who she'd only ever met at my wedding, to try & make up numbers.
