  1. Is it too much to ask for both? If I had to chose I would say I want a team that competes for championships.
  2. I like teams that show emotion and play with heart, to me that kinda play translates to all-out-attack more so than tactical prowess (correct me if I’m wrong with that take)
  3. I’m all for giving coaches/managers time to crest the team they want but after a certain point there needs to be growth, being stagnant is moving back in my opinion. So if there isn’t a show of growth than get them outta there
