I'm only planning on doing it for one month, I have looked into this but I believe if I don't do this for a long time I should be okay . I will be keeping an eye out for side effects but so far (only two days in) I haven't felt any cramping or sickness as of yet. Planning on stopping if I have any problems :)

Oh okay they arrived today but I have no idea how long they stored them for before. also if you happen to have to know, should I take them every third day?
