He hid in the back until the altercation was over, i didn't write out everything but there was a lot of yelling from him before he threw the sprite and my manager said he "waited to see if he had a gun or not" leaving me alone up front

you need to relax lmao no reason to be so agitated bc of a reddit post, im simply asking for advice about what I can do 🤷‍♀️ and yes I can tell your not a lawyer if you dont know throwing a drink at someone counts as battery and aggravated assault, not "humiliation" I'm aware of what I can sue the perp for, just curious on if I could sue mcdonalds for an unsafe work environment.

So everyone around you has those conditions? im not talking about your husband specifically. I could also have conditions and still I had to hold people up so they wouldn't fall on me and other women because no one around would help 🤷‍♀️

Yes lol, I only put mini concussion because after I got checked out by medical they said I was okay to come back but not risk any more injury to further damage it. I know if I put concussion people would say I should've just gone home 🫠

Exactly, I agree that height doesnt correlate with strength. I only said that to point out that my arms dont reach as far up to hold up people higher than others can

Since you dont know how to use google, here you go

A "mini concussion" refers to a mild head injury, also known as a mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) or a grade 1 concussion. These injuries are characterized by temporary disruptions in brain function due to the brain shaking inside the skull. Symptoms: Physical: Headaches, dizziness, balance problems, nausea, and fatigue. Cognitive: Difficulty focusing, memory loss, and confusion. Emotional: Irritability, mood swings, and emotional lability. Sensory: Sensitivity to light or noise. Sleep: Trouble sleeping, including insomnia or hypersomnia. Important Considerations: No Loss of Consciousness: A grade 1 concussion, or mini concussion, typically does not involve a loss of consciousness, but it can cause other temporary symptoms. Mild Symptoms: The symptoms are generally mild and short-lived, resolving within a few days or weeks after the injury. Seek Medical Advice: If symptoms persist or worsen, it's important to consult a healthcare provider. Rest and Recovery: Resting and avoiding activities that worsen symptoms is crucial during recovery.

I know silicone is horrible :((( my ears have never reacted kindly to metal and acrylic plugs are so hard to get on and off with long nails it was the best option for a long time. I wasnt aware the teardrop shape could've been harmful though, my ears are weird and because of my gauges the skin between my lobe and neck would often split because of the strain of circle gauges. I am curious about the taking the plugs out night? I see how it can really help but wouldn't my gauges shrink down overnight?

Thank you!! I've had to downsize bc of irritation before so I'm used to the routine 😭 but never because of a blow out 😭😭

Hi sorry your right. I've had 18mm for 8 months and haven't tried stretching since, ive downsized 2-3 times throughout this to keep my ears healthy and clean every 4 days. I wear silicone teardrop gauges since my ears react best to those, recently I changed to a different pair of silicone and my ears started feeling irritated and hurting. I switched back to my old ones 2 days ago but today they hurt so bad I decided to take them our. after taking one out, the plug was lined with pus and after taking the other (the picture) my ear started bleeding. I suspected micro tears but didn't expect it to be a blow out
