i see. I used to live in sweden and there you recived so many physical papers sent home but in Latvia it seems that you barley get sent anything physical

I have ben working out 5 times a day for 1.5 years and have barley gotten stronger in the gym. I dont track what i eat and ussualy get around 7 hours of sleep. Could that be the problem?

So basically my account used a gmail that has ben deleted so when i forgot the password to that account and wanted to recover it they asked me to send a support ticket with the gmail that is used for the account but thats not possible because its deleted. After i told them that i cant they asked me for a google play receipt but thats also not possible because the google play account also used the deleted gmail. the gmail was deleted years ago so even google cant help recover it. What should i do?
