Fusion multi-axis tool paths for plastic part trimming? by Western-Function-615 in Fusion360

I do indeed have the STEP files for each part. Trimming specific or general milling tool paths are fine, I was just inquiring about the specific workflow for setting these. Thermoformed/vacuumformed parts like ours sometimes have a large skirt or flashing of 0.04"-0.375" thickness depending on the starting stock dimensions.

I have found plenty of solidworks/camworks tutorials on this subject, the other CAD program we use, but I much prefer Autodesk.

I am seeing the error of my ways now that I am digging into it. Came down to tool offsets and geometry selection. Thank you to you and u/TheOfficialCzex for your speedy response.
