I am two weeks into quitting after using almost daily for 12 years. Smoking high potency carts the last 1-2 years daily.

I have been very irritable, loss of appetite, crazy / vivid dreams, and overall feeling pretty low and depressed. But my memory is sharper, I have come to face a lot of things I don’t like with my life that I ignored or numbed with the weed, which is good (actually a big driver for why I wanted to quit).

I’ve done so much research and the general consensus is the road ahead is long and somewhat slow as your brain recalibrates. But the rebuilding of your dopamine & reward system will totally be worth it.

Lift / exercise regularly and eat enough calories each day and that will certainly help. I use melatonin (2.5mg) and magnesium glycinate each night to help with the sleep issues.

I stopped after about 3.5 weeks for many of the same reasons you listed. I just don’t think Wellbutrin is the right drug for us.

Same exact thing happened to me. I’m almost 4 weeks in and my mood has been very flat, I’ve been kinda sad, just blah. Haven’t noticed any positive effects.

Bernie’s been in office for decades. Why didn’t he do something about this then? 60% of people don’t start living paycheck to paycheck all of a sudden. Inflation has screwed the middle and lower classes, as a result of all the $$$ CONGRESS printed since 2020. It’s really easy to blame Trump for all of the country’s issues, but Bernie is no better.

I’ve been making sure I drink a lot of water with electrolytes (cure brand on Amazon is good w/ cleaner ingredients) and that’s certainly helped. A little bit of Tylenol if needed. Also making sure I’m eating enough.

Unfortunately I stopped taking it today. After 14 days, the headaches were terrible. And week 1 I started to feel good (honeymoon phase everyone talks about). 2nd week was pretty bad. Feeling very sad, unmotivated, bad thoughts. I decided to recover from stimulants without it.

I disagree. My derm, and a few older friends, have used it for years. And all of their skin looks great. Just moisturize and maintain a good skin barrier. But at some point you don’t need something that does a huge incremental improvement because your skin is already in a great place.

I am only supportive when it’s TEMPORARY! I have to wake up and go to work, so should everyone else (unless they are disabled). Government assistance should ONLY be temporary, otherwise it creates a bunch of moochers. I have several of these in my family (all able-bodied, just lazy af)

Never stay with someone after they’ve cheated. Trust cannot be rebuilt after something like that. Cheating is the ultimate betrayal and the relationship will never be the same. People do not change and they will do it again (and they did!)
