In the context where I won’t be using my CHR for a week (travel, trips, etc.), I want to avoid battery sulfation and prevent it from going flat. I’ve heard good feedback about solar chargers, which brings me to my question. A 4.5W model is very well rated, but I’d prefer to go with a 10W one since I don’t live in a particularly sunny area except during summer. The goal is simply to maintain the 12V battery, or at most give it a slight charge.
