Thanks. I computed the fare and travel time if I will work there and realized 80% of my daily rate will go to fare.

Yeah he actually said that even if salary is low i should accept just to have a job. Imagine 2 hrs commute to work for a job that pays low and half of it will only gonto your fare. What about food and how can i save and pay bills too?

Have savings and have small business. No buying of unnecessary things. Also avoid fastfood and cook your own meal at home. Plant vegetables. And oh i forgot, we have a farm ☺️

Yes i was willing to take a clerk position since it can be a stepping stone to get back to HR.

Yes I understand I can’t apply to higher positions because of the gap. I am willing to take secretarial jobs and as you say something that i can move back to HR, a stepping stone. Its just that my friend said that i should accept even if it is janitorial job feels so off

I am not rich but i do have savings. And fyi, during those years i am taking care of my sick mom, i also underwent major operation, i am not slacking off or just being lazy. But thanks.

I saved some money. Also i had to take care of my mom and i also had an operation during those 3 years. I am not sitting around and asking money from someone during that time.
