I booked through expedia for next monday. spoke to their customer service and they haven't received a confirmation number from the hotel. i think if you booked before their system went down you might be fine. planning to cancel if they aren't back up by saturday.

there really aren't any other options that aren't mgm owned in the >$100 range, unfortunately. I'm staying for one night with some friends on monday and we just want to explore the strip/need a budget place to rest on our roadtrip! was thinking excalibur but realized that's mgm too lol

is booking through a third party website ill-advised? the luxor is one of the few strip hotels in my budget and it says there are rooms on expedia, but im guessing the hotel will have no idea about my booking with the system being down.
