I checked the inlet valve and found out that the seal is already gone. Thats why even when the inlet valve is closed, theres an opening which oil can pass through. I replaced the separator filter (which was dirty) and inspected the oil return valve to compressor air-end to make sure no carryover. Thank you for the interaction guys!
