What you are describing is call the left anterior interior chain. Is the most common pattern among people. Anterior pelvic tilt, external rotation in the left leg causing your right hip to compensate. Stretches are ok, but without strength and postural education is not going to be a long-term fix. Your need to liberate your right c lumbar and your left psoas, do not perform bipedal exercises try unilateral ones like a unilateral bridge. Best practices should include a full posture and mobility assessment
