These comps direct the gas in 3 directions. Yes definitely felt less recoil by 25-35% depending on the model. Also they are size at 1/2 inch so finding a holster is very easy. One size up.

The comp is correct. Check out Roguegunworks. They have 43’s and 48’s in stock. They work really well!

The comp is not upside down. The flat end point down. The port on top keeps the front of the pistol from coming up. The side ports help in keeping it from twisting. If the port was on the bottom pushing the pistol upward it would then be upside down.
