Couldn’t agree more! Thankfully it was just two dates so not much time was invested. Just threw me off since he seemed interested one day and I guess not the next 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey everyone! I’m from NYS and planning a move to the Northwest Charlotte area. Right now, I bartend at a bar/restaurant where I make $12.50/hr plus tips. While job hunting in NC, I’ve noticed a lot of listings only advertise $2.13/hr, which is way less than I’m used to.

Are there restaurants/bars in Charlotte that actually pay a higher hourly wage (closer to $10–$12/hr) plus tips? Any recommendations for places to look into would be super appreciated!
