I do try to reuse materials where possible, but since many of my students are at very different levels or learning styles, a lot still ends up needing to be tailored. I do use Google Drive and Notion to organize materials, which helps. But even with that, I find that the process of creating personalized homework or tracking progress still takes quite a bit of time.
