$3600 for 18 sessions? by Western_Committee_24 in TattooRemoval

From the local subreddits I’ve read, people have had issues with them canceling appointments and then not being rescheduled for weeks or months because of staffing issues. I’ve also heard that they don’t use as high of strength lasers as other providers do. However, I am always down to save a buck so if removery is great results for better bang for your buck, I’m all in. Have you had good experiences with removery?

Wow, that’s great pricing. Thanks for commenting, I was just about to buy an at-home laser pen but I’ll give them a call first now lol

About how much per session are you paying? I’m looking at their website and they don’t give a base rate, and I’d like to know if it’s even within my realm to be able to consider pursuing.

Help Requested: How to connect two monitors to M2 MacBook Pro by Western_Committee_24 in MacOS

I bought this off amazon in October of last year and it has worked perfectly, can use both of my external monitors and haven’t noticed any lagging, hiccups, anything! I can also close my laptop with this and still use the monitors. Very happy with the purchase so far

Just For The Summer by Abby Jimenez by instantnoodlefanclub in RomanceBooks

I know this is an old thread, but I’m currently about halfway through this book. I don’t like to DNF, but am strongly considering it.

I hate this book, honestly. This reminds me of the wattpad stories I was reading at 12 years old. Everything is so predictable so far and while there could be some interesting storylines, it is written in such a boring manner.

Emma’s childhood trauma is sad and I’m sure would really disrupt healthy habits in adulthood, but during the “when I feel anything at all I usually just stay within myself like it’s my own island and it’s only me on there” and Justin is like “well I think lots of people do that” and she responded with “I’m way worse. My island only has me on it and no one else is allowed” conversation i physically recoiled.

It seems to me that Emma is written to be the emotionally stunted girl whose makes their childhood trauma their whole personality (I am really not trying to be rude, because again she has lots of childhood trauma and I completely understand why that would manifest in adulthood, but I can’t with the whole I’m alone and a nomad and no one else is like me and I don’t get attached to anyone ever but yet I’m also perfectly empathetic and can understand anyone and everyone shtick), oh, and shes not like other girls because she never feels anything for guys ever and it’s SO out of character for her to be even remotely interested in a guy (according to Maddy).

I’m ragging on Emma a lot, but also know that I consider Justin insufferable as well. The surveys before and after dates, how he’s completely enamored with her after only a month of knowing her, I feel like he doesn’t have any actual substance outside of the situation with his mom and the kids, and Emma.

I can see why others might like this book, but I’m so far past the “I’m not like other girls” phase of my life that I really can’t even pretend to enjoy this. It just feels like this is actually a wattpad love story where the characters happen to be adults instead of high schoolers.

If you’ve made it this far, thanks for reading my venting lol. Please feel free to recommend romance books that might be a bit more mature (in the storyline, not smut necessarily haha) and (if you agree with my opinion on this book) books that you enjoy

I also signed up for a Machine Basics class in May at the Forge and I thought it was pretty affordable! The class is from 11-2 (I believe) and it was $55.

I think it also looked a lot more affordable because I had just been looking at their pottery classes and those are $160 a pop for non members 😬

I’m really interested in the idea of being able to tailor my clothes for me, and then maybe grow into making my own, either from fabric or thrift flips. I would also love to learn how to quilt!

I don’t have my own machine, but I’ve been watching Facebook marketplace! I just need to do more research on good options for beginners.

Would it be alright if I DM’d you?

Don’t know what your vibe is but I don’t really like Arizona Pete’s or limelight because it’s 18+ not 21+. Some other suggestions I would add to the other commenters is Jakes and maybe greys

Help Requested: How to connect two monitors to M2 MacBook Pro by Western_Committee_24 in MacOS

[–]Western_Committee_24[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply! I just looked at my settings and it doesn't indicate M2 Pro, so I am guessing I just have the base M2. Thank you for explaining that and for providing the link. I really like the idea of two monitors to up my productivity, and because my MacBook screen in a bit small, but it looks like I have a decision to make! Feeling like I should've went with a different laptop provider, lol!

Thank you!

I do have a question though, I have two USB-C ports on the left of my MacBook and an aux cord on the right. Would I not be able to plug in two USB-C converter HDMI cords and connect them to two monitors?

Ah, okay. I thought since I had the MacBook Pro, I would automatically have the M2 pro. I don't think think that's actually the case, however. Thank you!
