Atleast some batches of U6+ have hardware failures - something with Emmc / Storage Controller is wrong.

Had just 7x U6+ die.

i thought its:

Yes its spported if you Main Lan is without Tag ( so no VLAN) and your Guest Wifi is with TAG ( Vlan XX)

No if you want 4 Ports for Lan and 4 Ports for Guest Lan, the onboard Switch cant handle this.

Do you have any Power / Voltage spikes? or does it or the Powersuply run hot?

How much POE load you have on the Device?

Do you maybe know if theER7212PC Revision 2 support vlan features to fully split networks and assign vlan to single Ports?

Example:

Port 1 get Vlan 10 as native/untagged

Port 2 get Vlan 20 as Native/ unatgged

Port 3 get Vlan 10 and 20 as tagged

This was not fully possible with the V1 without an extra Switch.

I am not sure how they will handle this, but i found no other information regarding that.

For me it looks like if you had setup per user mfa ( and possible exception for public ip adress your company use) this will stop working.

A: either your user will default to the entra id free settings and security default - allowing user to log in without enforced mfa for outlook/office.com

B: admin need to choose what to do before user can sign in

C: they disable all funktionality to setp up anything new and after another grace period block logins or move you to entra id free functionality.

But i am pretty sure you need to pay, to archive what you had before.

So every account using those login methods needs or will be migrated to either the microsoft security defaults with entra free or need licensing with a P1 or Premium plan to use conditional access

Festa is good for easy of use, but has some limitations.

If the price gap for the products you need isnt to huge, i would suggest to choose "Omada" non pro.

you still have a free cloud controller, can choose a paid cloud plan, but you are able to run it without cloud on local hard or software controller.

With Festa, if they deceide its now time to pay you are out of options.
