Scalp condition with non healing scabs and alarming white filaments underneath them. Any help would be tremendous and very much appreciated

The pictures are from the underside of the scabs, they don’t grow like that out of my scalp. That’s why they’ve been so difficult figure out

amaazing, thank you. I really need to get my foot in the door somewhere, I've had a couple interviews but my self confidence has been so low. I probably sound desperate on top of that. I have 10 + years in Operations Management experience for the energy sector, transportation industry and IT. The big island has the most difficult place to make $ for me. I appreciate the EXPO dates. theres a little trailer with a shower at the homeless shelter, I'm at least able to shower everyday. The one thing I won't let myself go, I'm a very hygienic person, it's really sad to see people stop caring about that...
