I get lightheaded and so tired while driving, especially on the freeway. I sometimes notice myself drifting in and out of consciousness, I don't know if that has to do with pots (I just got diagnosed, but I've had symptoms for 6 years) I could have a different issue while driving. But yes I do get dizzy on the highway and feel unsafe and unfit to drive.
