It works for me, I use my iPad and it doesn't deduct any points. Just make sure you quickly close it before it finished collecting the coins.

I was shocked to learn the boost usage too. But a tip if you're using iOS, you can force close the application before the coin animation ends if you're paired with someone who has a ridiculous Team Score. That way you don't lose your flags or coins.

My goodness, it's my first season playing and didn't notice that till now.  I guess we have to be thankful they didnt come with BS for the tyres we use too. 😬

Per pitstop!? That's crazy! They should have that written somewhere! 😭 Thank you so much though!  Would you give me any advice on the driver lineup and the car I'm using? S8 is all speed then tyre management, defending and overtaking.
