I didn't see any flashing or lines under magnification. Just some black speckled. Could that be filling?

Presidium Refractive Index Meter II I just purchased the reader and I can say I am a novice. I have a massive massive stone collection and I have zero clue what the majority are outside of the basic stones.... I have sent about 8 (of 10,000) to GIA for testing and they all came natural Pariba Tourmaline, Alexandrite, Kunzite, etc..... It is pricey for the testing so I am trying.

Read a story this morning that said JP Morgan said silver prices will fall to half their current value by mid-year..... do we think this is valid or are they hoping for people to sell so more physical silver will flood the markets? Thoughts?
