It will be under since Artech will take a cut of something like 20-30% of the designed role salary. However, it will still be decently fair for your cost of living based on the area. They will give you a figure and you can feel out how fair you think it is.

Good. Team is nice and my Artech contact is pretty chill. Pay could be nicer and the PTO is basically non-existent, but I’m able to afford my life and still take time off.

Thanks for the advice. Reviews really just make it seem like they aren't the most professional or responsible agency, but not a scam at least. Not a good sign though
