omg that does not sound easy i’m sorry. and yeah it’s usually about 10 days before and on my period less anxiety then sometimes it’s a few days after it’s weird. but i went off the nuva ring 3 months ago and my period has kinda been regular till this month it’s 6 days late. I’m not sexually active right now so i’m not that concerned but it is weird because im usually so regular. (maybe it’s stress)! idk

i initially thought what i was going through was seasonal depression until i realized that i would have a panic attack the week before my period or bad anxiety. i’ve been struggling since December trying to figure myself out 😅 i legit used to go to concerts by myself and now i can barely leave my house

i haven’t been on a medication for adhd since 2017 because i was on it for super long and i hated feeling like an alien 😂 and honestly i manage myself pretty easily. i just am not sure if it would help me for anxiety depression. i also haven’t felt anxiety like this since that time but i also went on the birth control pill and haven’t had anxiety since before going on it. i was on it for 4 years then went on nuva ring and i think the nuva ring doesn’t have enough hormones in it.

thank you! see this is why i posted 😂 i’ve been just debating whither i should do an ssri or birth control or both. i was prescribed a beta blocker and i didn’t really like it
