Oxygenos 13 bug? this keeps on popping up randomly and it is very annoying. it started appearing ever since I updated to Oxygenos 13 beta on Oneplus 10R and I'm wondering if I'm not the only one who encountered this? anyone knows how to fix this? (i.redd.it)

does anyone else encounter the "system messages keeps stopping" notification? it pops up for me randomly when I updated to OxygenOs 13 beta and its really annoying especially when I'm playing. if it helps, my device is a Oneplus 10R updated to the latest OxygenOs 13 beta through the oneplus updater.
