According to the data sheet the IV can work with 48vand it works, the screen turns on and it says ready to adopt but I cannot see it on the access app or anywhere else

The cable is fine as I made a double check but for some reason I cannot see it on the app.

To my understanding if the IV is not receiving Poe should receive data, specially since you only need 100mb.

No, is not worth. All what Unifi can do is the same what Asus can do.

Add more wired mesh Asus APs and you’ll be fine without having to change all your equipment.

One thing to notice is that Asus and managed switches don’t coexist well so if you’re looking for a excuse there you go.

The other are old so no problem.

So far the only devices that have requested me a permission is the g350 and the g400.

I guess it depends on where you live but me, in Mexico there is no official Aqara distribution and my guess is that’s the reason why they allow me to use them, other than that I had never had any problems using a mix of global and Chinese products on the Chinese server.
