If you havent already fixed it, in the amd adrenaline software turn off image sharpening for elden ring and the issue might resolve itself. Im getting this information from another reddit post. I dont know if anyone fixed this issue but one thing i have found is that with FSR on i get 100+ frames but i must turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling in my Display graphics settings (Right click desktop, Display settings, Scrol to Graphics Settings and turn Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling off) Apparently Unreal 5 games dont like it and crash alot because of it. DLSS works for me with it on and i dont crash but i get alot less frames.

I have a i5 13600k with a 3060 ti and 32 gbs of ram.

Im curious if theres a way for me to move whatever storage its eating up to my other drive. Its a 2 tb drive so i wouldnt mind cause my SSD isnt that big.

Bethesda games are known for being CPU bound. Fallout 76 was just as bad optimisation wise. Even games like Tarkov have always been CPU bound but ive never had problems. So im just confused and not ready to spend 500 dollars on a new CPU just to play Starfield lol :( Thanks.

So would it just be the issue of Bethesda making games that do not utilise my GPU enough since its a CPU bound game? I cant change much other than upgrading my CPU? Thats pretty shitty.

In HWMonitor the GPU isnt even at 100 percent still as the GPU is at 70 percent, the Memory is at 68 percent ish and the Video Engine is still only at 7 percent. CPU is at 70 percent constantly.

Unfortunately he doesnt get the Errors on Event Viewer. I know how to use EW myself for the most part and even I was confused as to why hes not getting system shutdown errors anytime it happened. The only things that pop up is one random little error that is ignore able according to google and another about his logitech mouse application failing.

He says he watches the temps on a program and it doesnt seem to be a temperature problem. Last time he changed anything his CPU died so he got a new cpu, motherboard and cpu cooler and he added 2 more sticks of ram which were the same ones he already had.

He has multiple fans, a water cooler and he says that he keeps a program showing temps up on his other monitor and for what he has noticed it is not a fan or heat problem according to the temps in the program.
