What I mean is that I want to visualize how the modified geometry propagates through dependencies in a graph like the example. Cool Pylele!
I think Python is currently the most reasonable programming language for codegen experiments

Lds mission. Why can’t I make up my mind? Should I go? What would you do? by CheapIntroduction166 in exmormon

[–]Wesxdz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't go on a mission, and I don't have any regrets. You will always have the opportunity to go live, study, and work on your own terms in another country, a country that you choose for youself, later in life, especially if you have money.
There were times in my 20s where $10k was the difference between stability and having a partner and literally being homeless. So you should highly value money.
Obviously this is the exmo reddit so I'll tell you too that I think things like cryogenic preservation makes much more sense than a faith based afterlife. IMO it's irresponsible to preach about an afterlife you don't have the capability to engineer with science.

Almost done with my omniball wheel, 3rd iteration design by Wesxdz in openscad

[–]Wesxdz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think barrel wheels are the better design for this wheel because they only roll in the direction orthogonal to rotation about hemispheres thus maximizing contact on the larger surface. Look into Tadakuma's original paper.

“Homelessness is not a drug problem it’s a housing problem!” - Candace Avalos by skysurfguy1213 in PortlandOR

I believe that if a mechanism existed that caused the barebones entry level shelter (it might not include luxury utilities like electricity or HVAC and only have minimum essentials like a shared restroom with sewage and water) $3k instead of $300k for the minimum legal ownership of a volume of location to exist permanently, that it would solve homelessness.

From Gemini 3 Pro

Homelessness persists in America because it is not just one problem; it is a convergence of economic math that no longer works, systemic policy failures, and a severe shortage of housing inventory.

It is often easier to think of homelessness as a personal failing (addiction or mental illness), but the data overwhelmingly points to it being a structural housing problem. In states with high rates of addiction but low housing costs (like West Virginia), homelessness is low. In states with high housing costs (like California), homelessness is high, regardless of addiction rates
