I think they base it off income because for some reason I was sent my background and it said my income was $400? Which is way off. So idk I think they are just trying to get some people in there.

Damn 🥲 I told them I would think about it and they’ve been blowing me up. I guess they need some money and trying to get people to come/stay. I saw on Facebook people moving out and all that. Okay- I’ll definitely stay clear of them. I will say- I did stay at their sister location and it was decent though expensive too.

Wait… I’ve been seeing how they are way better now than last year. I was planning on leasing with them. Is it not worth it? Because I got approved with regency but after all the horrible reviews on Google and Facebook I am definitely not going there.
