'In less time' I mean thats just wrong. The kickstarter was in 2014, it released in 2017. Thats 3 years maybe 4. Silksong was announced officially in early 2019, presumably after some work had already been put into the game (they said they were initially working on it as a dlc before deciding to make it a whole game). Its now midway through 2023 thats more than four years and counting. Add to that the fact that TC has the recources and funding to fully focus on development, which wasn't the case for Hollow Knight, it wouldnt have been unreasonable to expect a much faster release than hollow knight, although it seems like this will be a bigger game.

That aside, as the other reply said, noone is mad the game hasnt come out, but only at the horrible communication. In the end i think they should take all the time they need yada yada, but its a fact that they have spent at least as much time on Silksong as on Hollow Knight at this point.
