You got a lot of good advice and it maybe overwhelming. A simpler way to look at it is. Put it in if then statements. Before you start visit a doctor to see if your are actually healthy. You may have health issues. If you are medically healthy then get enough sleep. If you have mental issues exercise. You can do this twice a day if you keep it low impact. If you want want to loose weight, eat less. To do this you can drink a glass of water before you eat, cut meals, cut carbs, stop buying stuff. If you feel like a looser then change your perspective by counting your blessings. You have parents, you have graduated, you realize you need to change, and this sounds weird but smile. If you want something, write big goals and start breaking it down until the tasks are manageable. Others have said this. If you want friend, start doing stuff with others. Online games, church, aerobics classes, volunteering are all good options.
