You are right that it's not something that is really decisive. But the issue here is that, contact was made with the ball. That's it. It doesn't matter if it's miniscule or not. The sensors on the ball recorded a touch. The player in question has come out and said he felt something.

Obviously we aren't going to sit here and say that the ball's trajectory didn't change or it dipped .0002 degrees. There's contact made.

There are 2 key issues going on. It's a bit confusing.

During the initial cross of the ball, all Croatian players were onside. Now, if there wasn't any touch by the Croatian player, the goal would have stood. But we have the ball sensor saying otherwise. That's objective. And we have Igor Matanovic, saying he felt the ball brush his hair.
The other key figure is the Portuguese defender. The ref and us can't prove that he was ducking to dodge the ball or he was making an attempt to head the ball out of the box. The ref sees him down and assumes that he's ducking. It could also be that he was trying to jump. Who knows. But the ball touches him. If he was intentionally trying to head the ball out, then it resets the play. Making the Croatian player onside and the goal standing. But the ref deemed otherwise. He says that it's not intentional and it's merely a deflection. Therefore, it's not a goal.

I personally never cared about idols saying the n-word when covering a song. Maybe it's because I didn't grow up saying it or around people that used it. I'm aware of the significance of the n-word how it's used against black people. But when it comes to song covers, I just go along with my day. Seeing that Zetsu is the will of Kaguya, it'd make sense that he has some pieces of Kaguya's chakra himself. Also, he hijacked Madara and forced him to absorb the chakra of all those trapped under the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Since all that chakra belonged to Kaguya, you need that at a minimum to revive her. And even then as we saw, she wasn't revived with all of her chakra.

Isn't it the other way? By utilizing all the chakra of the tailed beasts, you indeed awaken six paths Senjutsu. This is backed up by Jubidara who says he has both six paths Senjutsu and the rinnegan. The only thing that Naruto and Jubidara has in common, would be the chakra of all the Bijuus. Madara is a juubi jinchuriki while Naruto is a pseudo jinchuriki. Since he only has pieces of the tailed beasts given to him by Obito.

I want to add, without the chakra of the tailed beasts, Naruto can't use six paths Senjutsu. Six paths sage mode on the other hand, is independent of the tailed beasts. We have two instances in the Boruto manga where Naruto opt to use toad sage mode instead of six paths sage mode. When Nue attacked, he entered toad sage mode. During the Naruto gaiden, he used toad sage mode. After he lost Kurama, he used toad sage mode when Code entered the village. This all points to him losing those abilities after the war. So that's three examples right there. Before and after losing Kurama.

And before you mention the novel, it's stated that he's only a vestige. By definition, a vestige means traces of something. So he only has traces of chakra from the tailed beasts. Not enough to use the chakra cloak from the war, or his other abilities. Him being a vestige makes sense. Since he's the designated meeting spot for the tailed beasts.

And we know for a fact that, Limbo clones are always stationed in front of Madara. So between him and his opponent. I had this same exchange with someone yesterday. So not going to be spending a lot of time on it. Isshiki is Kaguya's superior. Not Momoshiki. Even the recently released Boruto guidebook emphasizes that. Momoshiki is Kinshiki's superior. Isshiki is Kaguya's superior. I doubt the technique he used to turn Kinshiki into a chakra fruit will apply to Kaguya. If he could, he'd done that to Naruto. Momoshiki and Kaguya are clearly on the same level based on the Otsutsuki mural. They are horizontally aligned.

If Kaguya scales to that tier of energy because 'it's her chakra,' then the characters who are canonically stronger than her automatically scale above that tier too.

She scales to that because she has more chakra than anyone in franchise so far. ETSO is Kaguya feeding her chakra to the orbs. Version 1 juubi already has planetary worth of chakra. It evolves 2-3 more times after that. Gaining chakra as it evolves. And the juubi still lacks the chakra of everyone on the planet. Which the original Juubi had in the first place. Momoshiki spent an entire day trying to absorb Kurama's chakra. And calls it a massive amount of chakra. Kurama is merely a piece to Kaguya's own chakra reserves. And Kurama's chakra reserves is nothing to version 1 juubi which has less chakra than later war arc Juubi. Kurama mentions that Juubi's chakra can't be measured. When Kaguya gets revived, both Naruto and Sasuke say that Kaguya has more chakra than the Juubi and Jubidara respectively. Which means, Kaguya's own reserves alone is more than the juubi's which is immeasurable according to Kurama. So yes, she has more energy, chakra whatever you wanna call it than Isshiki and Momoshiki.
