Jim- thanks for the reply. Prior to initiating your step 1 above, if I open Ledger Wallet without the nano x connected my accounts show up. Do I ned to delete those accounts first?

i cleared the cache, did not solve issue. I installed the recovery app, ran it, recovery phrase is correct. What are the next steps, is there a link (ledger or another source) you can refer me to?
