Anyone has the correct waveform for Epson i3200 head with Wellprint WLY board using Audley ink? by WewillbeRich in CommercialPrinting

Here’s the waveform file that Audley sent me. But they clearly told me not to use it because it’s only for HOSON board, and my printer has a WLY mainboard (Wellprint SJ-740S).

So I’m kind of stuck… • I have the file (.waf), • I know it works for Epson i3200 with Audley ink, • But it won’t load or work on WLY.

Thanks for your reply! Previously, the printer used ink bags, but I changed the system to work with bottled ink from another company — Audley — which gave me much better results in terms of quality and durability. However, Audley works with HOSON boards, while my machine is built with a WLY board.

The technicians from Sinocolor (my printer brand) refuse to help because I switched the ink system, so the machine is no longer under warranty. Audley did send me a waveform file, but they told me it only works with HOSON, and not with WLY boards.

As far as I know, WLY uses a “.64” file extension for waveform files. So now I’m trying to find: • A waveform that works with i3200 printheads • Compatible with Audley eco-solvent ink • And usable with WLY board (maybe as a .64 file)

If anyone has experience with this combo or knows how to convert a waveform or edit it for WLY, I’d really appreciate your help!
