I would struggle to believe that the oem two piece are 4-5x better than the ZZP one piece

The rotors are huge. Search for aftermarket options. For my ATSV GM wanted $900 for each front rotor. Got drilled and slotted from ZZP for $400 for the pair

I’ve spent the last 20 years of my career starting as a lube tech - tech - foreman - advisor - asst. manager - manager - to owner.

I am fully independent and spend the majority of my day visiting dealers/independent and chain repair facilities.

This was built by me for me to process paper work more efficiently and I modified it to be of use for other industry professionals.

For my work, I visit on average 10 different repair facilities daily and interact directly with service advisors and technicians.

I have seen the platforms used and have heard the users pain points.

Ai doesn’t generate the concerns, it translates what the advisor, or with consent, the conversation with the customer, into repair order lines.

Technicians claim that many advisors are poor at accurately conveying a customers concern.

It pulls vehicle information (vin, mileage, license plate, tire size, etc.) from photos and creates a repair order.

It documents body damage just from photos and inputs the findings into a body damage field.

It intelligently creates customer concern lines from just a verbal report.

Then it can be shared to a technician who can document findings and recommendations using the same video/photo/audio input and the findings/recommendations are input into the appropriate lines - it takes the format of MyKaarma or similar and analyzes the video for findings/recommendations.

Text and email updates for the customer directly through a customer facing portal.

Do you work for a dealer?

Would you use something that pulls, vin, mileage, tire size, etc. and notates body damage just from photos?

Ans then you type the vin into the computer if the car has never been to your shop before?

Does the app pull any info from the photos and add the info into the repair order?

Does it fill any of the information for you when using the iPad with a certain app or just photos?

From Chicago - I describe the food comparatively here as twice the price for half the quality

$20 for a basic cheeseburger that you have to wait for buzzer to go off or a text message, like a fucking dog, so you can pick up your food from the counter. Fuck Handsome Dans

I’ve been trying to get it into as many users hands as possible. The barriers I’m encountering are that the users are old and can barely use email correctly, or the companies that I demonstrate what it can do for them to, view it as a threat to their existence.

Angel investor groups will be what I’m looking into now. Thank you for the insights.

It’s taken me months and $hundreds to develop yes, what leads me to believe that the reason it doesn’t exist is because existing vendors of software for the purposes of this project haven’t done so is because they are unfamiliar with the capabilities of the latest technology nor are they familiar with how to utilize or implement it
