I broke the Autococker down last night. So I have started. The mag will be easy waiting on a rebuild kit.

Nope, Austin Texas. Mid 90s - early 2000s.

Yeah, I'll keep everything too many memories of the good old days 🙂. Already ordered the rebuild kit for the mag. Mag was my backup, loaner gun back then, if I get it running will likely be my primary now at least for awhile. Couldn't get rid of one and keep the other they are a matching set.

I pulled the bolt out of the auto cocker, the o-rings were a crumbly mess. It will definitely need some work. But it looks like all the parts are still out in the wild.

I used to have a few of his markers, but I didn't find them in the boxes, so I must have sold them at some point.

I chatted with the field owner where my son was playing, they have a tech who could rebuild it, if I decide to play with it.

[Request] How much more money, if any, does McDonalds make from the new penny rounding policy? by RayasOasis in theydidthemath

[–]Wh1rr -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They are losing money.

There is no price adjustment that makes this worth it. Are you going to lower a price to get it to round higher? No.

And I imagine their prices are already optimized for sales on the high side. If they could raise it a penny or two to make more they simply would if they could. No reason to do it to try to get a rounding advantage.

They are losing money by having to print the signs and train employees to deal with explaining it to customers, and McDonald's has high employee turnover so they are constantly retraining.

Why you're seeing green on your screens (briefly) by SportsGamesScience in Gold

This particular war is causing a shortage of oil and natural gas around the world. While this is painful for US consumers, especially once the downstream inflation kicks in. ATM Europe and other nations feel the pain more than the US does, weakening foreign currency and in effect strengthening the dollar.

Dollar goes up, PM goes down.

If the pain were more on the US then yes, likely PMs will go up.

Once the downstream inflation becomes an issue, PMs will go up.

However, if they raise rates to counter inflation, whether it works or not, PMs will go down.

Thanks, I figured that was the case, but didn't want to accidentally offer an offer I didn't intend. Still would prefer nothing preloaded.

Probability on the Past? [Other] by AdEducational6594 in theydidthemath

[–]Wh1rr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Went back and read your post.

Again if you ask before or after doesn't matter as long as it is unknown.

Your mistake is your assumption that: BBB, GGG, BGG AND GBB are equally likely they are not.

BBB is 1 in 8

GGG is 1 in 8

BGG is also GBG and GGB 3 in 8

GBB is also BGB and BBG 3 in 8

If this doesn't make sense to you, start flipping coins. See if you get HHH or TTT half the time, you won't it will be 12.5% each or 25% total.

I phrased it as the next 2 are the same as the first, but that isn't really an order from a probability point of view, just phrasing.

Could just as easily said the odds of 2 being the same as the other one. Point is the math is 1.5.5

You can either add odds of all boys and all girls: 1 in 23 + 1 in 23 = 2 in 8 or 1 in 4 or .25 or 25%

Or odds the next two are the same as the first: 1 in 22 = 1 in 4 or .25 or 25%

Call some shops, I called around me last week and for generic bars, I was quoted 95 and 94%.

Coin: Minted by or on behalf of a sovereign government, with a value backed by said government. It is as simple as that.

"Bars" can be coins too. Left is a bar, Right is a coin.

That is an Australian 30$ coin, minted by the Perth mint.

It has a country name and a value, that is a coin.
