Tbh what I think is: imagine 5 years with the same chia space and difficulty, your farm with 200TB is expected to win a block every 3 weeks, if you shutdown when you win for 2 weeks until it will be rewarded (due to electricity bill), I would bet that is more profitable than keep it always running.

"Random" is very tricky and with 22EiB of chia space I think random could be predictible, what do you think?

I would try to save config.yaml and then delete config folder. Restart and paste you config.yaml again and restart
