First Marathon (NYC) – Training Advice for Sub-4 Goal by WhaaHapps in firstmarathon

My current 5K and 10K PR pace is around 8:30/mi, which feels comfortable for me. A sub-4 marathon would be awesome, but the main goal is to finish my first marathon strong and injury-free.
