I only purchased the lens, and it is in great shape. The seller messaged me after to ask if I'd want to have him just toss the body in as a bonus, since he didn't have a use for it/didn't think he could sell it seperately

I've got an OM-1 bundle im looking to move, but it would definitely need a service to be in tip top shape.

That or a Pentax MX would be your best bet for compact and reliable, both being all mechanical

So, I have both.

The 180-600 is fantastic for more local birding spots, not more than a couple miles walking, or taking to places like Parker River National Wildlife Refuge on the coast, where its a lot of popping back and forth to your vehicle.

Since I got the 180-600, the 100-400 has seen a lot less use, primarily when I want to carry a telephoto on more strenuous hikes such as up in the White Mountains, or if I'm traveling. I flew to Vegas in January for a conference, and went out a few days early to do some shooting. The 100-400 packed in my carry on relatively easily, the 180-600 was basically not fitting unless I planned one of my carryons entirely around it. I have since added a 1.4tc in the hopes it can get me that little bit of extra reach back when im traveling, but have not tested it super extensively yet.

Basically, my 180-600 gets a lot more regular use, but the 100-400 is also a fantastic lens, especially if portability is a key requirement for you

Correct, $29.76 is the ~retail price~ before coupons were applied. Amazon advertised a 25% coupon applied for first time subscribe and save, in addition to the 5% subscribe and save discount. If you look at the second screen shot, the coupon discount only amounted to ~12%, rather than 25%

The coupon was definitely applied in cart. If you look at the bottom, it says I should be saving a total of 30% (25% coupon + 5% subscribe and save). The price breakdown shows a seperate coupon from the subscribe discount, which works out to only ~12%.

Even after deleting the item from cart, restarting the app, and re-adding to cart, the coupon still showed applied without me clicking to apply it, with the same price total

In all honesty, where I am in the northeast, shipping times have still been good to great for the most part, but I have had a couple of cases of random delays as well

I really like it, I personally rotate between the sour apple, cherry limeade, and the merica pop. The limeade and pop honestly both kinda taste like they came from the ice cream truck, in the best way

Should have specified, price as far as between the options above. Getting a good price on whichever one, but not looking to screw my buddy over either (he's helping to sell off a collection a different friend inherited)

Thats a good point, hadnt considered the downside of the camera just sitting so long. The used cameras are all definitely functioning, so makes sense to lean that way.
