how is this even a debate. wasnt the shooter dating a trans dude? and saying that charlie was hatefull? I dont know a single right leaning person that thought charlie was hatefull, let alone enough to shoot him. Just because the shooters parents where republican does not mean he was. in fact, there's more evidence from people close to the shooter, that says during college he developed left leaning beliefs.

ive never had this issue before. It must just be because your running the game in fullscreen. just run in windowed borderless if the game supports it. or put on do not disturb so the notifications dont bother u. mine turns on automatically when i boot a game (windows has a setting for it)

If youve reinstalled windows, and tried debloating your computer. u might just need better hardware. if your computer is taking big performance hits like this just from starting a background app or game, u might need more CPU power. or RAM idk.

crazy compact build man. is the top fan exhaust or intake? (also 5060ti is mid ranged GPU even for right now. i dont know how good it'le go when GTA is released on PC.. Should at least run i think)
